- How to winWin more sets than the other team. Each set is played to a set number of points.
- How groups differCasual games often play one set to 15 or 25 points, with any number of players. Agree before you start.
- Throw the ball over the net so it lands inside their court.
- The other team has to catch it cleanly and throw it straight back.
- You score when they drop it, throw it out or into the net, or can’t get to it.
- Don’t hold the ball for long. Throw it back quickly.
- Don’t touch the net or cross the centre line.

- Keep your eyes on the ball and your hands ready.
- Throw flat and fast so it is hard to catch.
- Aim for the gaps between players.
- Move together so no spot is left open.

- Pick the game and the playersChoose Throwball, then everyone who played. Friends without log8 can join as guests.
- Enter the resultRecord the winner, or the score of every set, game, frame or board.
- The other players approveFriends on log8 get 48 hours to approve it, or tap Disagree if it is wrong. Guests count straight away. A result nobody answers closes without counting.
- Your record updatesOnce it is official it counts toward your head-to-head records, group board, badges and cups.
