- Any size from 1v1 up to 7v7. Uneven sides count too.
- Record the score, or just who won.
- Add goal scorers and assists if you like.
- Draws count. Add the penalty throws if they decided it.

How to play Handball

- Players7 a side, with a goalkeeper.

- The official gameThe IHF writes the rules. A match is two halves of 30 minutes.
- How groups differCasual games often play on a smaller court with fewer players. Agree before you start.
- Pass the ball by hand. Throw it into the goal to score.
- You can take 3 steps with the ball, or hold it for 3 seconds. Then pass, shoot or dribble.
- You can dribble, but once you hold the ball you can’t start dribbling again.
- Only the goalkeeper can step into the goal area.
- Don’t grab, push or hit. A foul gives a free throw, or a 7 metre throw if it stopped a clear chance.
- After a goal, the other team restarts from the centre.

- Keep moving. Standing still makes you easy to defend.
- Fake a pass, then shoot.
- Keep your elbow high when you shoot.
- Goalkeepers, stay big and watch the shooter’s hand.

- Enter the resultRecord the winner or a draw, with the score if you kept it.
- The other players approveFriends on log8 get 48 hours to approve it, or tap Disagree if it is wrong. Guests count straight away. A result nobody answers closes without counting.
- Your record updatesOnce it is official it counts toward your head-to-head records, group board, badges and cups.
