- Play 2 to 8 shooters, each for themselves.
- Record the finishing order, and each shooter’s score if you like. Scores can have one decimal, like 10.9.
- Add the event, like 10 m air rifle or 25 m pistol.
- Highest score wins. Level on score? Pick the order yourself.

- Each ring scores from 1 to 10. Electronic targets also score decimals, up to 10.9.
- Shoot a set number of shots in a set time.
- Treat every gun as loaded. Keep it pointed at the target or down range.
- Only shoot at a safe range, with a range officer in charge.
- Stop at once when the range officer calls it.

Logging a game in log8
- Pick the game and the playersChoose Shooting, then everyone who played. Friends without log8 can join as guests.
- Enter the resultRecord the finishing order, with times, strokes, points or kilos if you have them.
- The other players approveFriends on log8 get 48 hours to approve it, or tap Disagree if it is wrong. Guests count straight away. A result nobody answers closes without counting.
- Your record updatesOnce it is official it counts toward your head-to-head records, group board, badges and cups.
