Record the finishing order, with times, strokes, points or kilos if you have them. The other players approve it, and your head-to-head record, group board and personal history build themselves.

- Play 2 to 8 archers, each for themselves.
- Record the finishing order, and each archer’s score if you like.
- Add the distance, like 18 m, 30 m, 50 m or 70 m.
- Highest score wins. Level on score? Pick the order yourself.

- How groups differCasual shoots use shorter distances and any kind of bow. Agree before you start.
- Each ring on the target scores points, from 1 on the outside to 10 in the gold centre.
- An arrow touching a ring line scores the higher ring.
- Shoot in ends of 3 or 6 arrows, then walk up together to score and pull them.
- Never shoot while anyone is in front of the shooting line.
- Never aim at anything but the target.

- Stand side on to the target, feet shoulder width apart.
- Draw to the same spot on your face every time.
- Release smoothly and follow through.
- Keep your eyes on the gold and stay relaxed.

Logging a game in log8
- Pick the game and the playersChoose Archery, then everyone who played. Friends without log8 can join as guests.
- Enter the resultRecord the finishing order, with times, strokes, points or kilos if you have them.
- The other players approveFriends on log8 get 48 hours to approve it, or tap Disagree if it is wrong. Guests count straight away. A result nobody answers closes without counting.
- Your record updatesOnce it is official it counts toward your head-to-head records, group board, badges and cups.
